Sasha focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, charter development, real estate, and corporate law.
Before entering private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Scott H. Gan in the U.S Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona and to the Honorable Julia W. Brand in the U.S Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
Prior to law school, Sasha spent seven years underwriting residential and multi-unit paper for securitization in the secondary market at the world’s largest residential lender and, on the retail side, underwriting paper for residential warehouse lenders.
