Since the 1992 Charter Schools Act in California, YM&C has spearheaded charter school advocacy. We excel in school establishment, growth, and operation. Our team comprises charter school founders, special education experts, and former public-school educators. Some of us have loved ones with special needs. Yet, regardless of our paths here, we share a fervent belief in public education as a means to rectify historical injustices for people of color.
