YM&C is offering a two-hour evening training for charter school board members and administrators to ensure compliance with critical public transparency laws in light of significant changes made by SB 126. This workshop is crucial to avoiding legal liability, threats of revocation and non-renewal, audits, and in some cases criminal investigations.
