Leticia V. Ericson

Leticia Velez Ericson has two decades of practical business management and human resources experience, including in unionized environments. Her service as an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, Senior Workplace Investigator, and Senior Human Resources Manager honed her manner of providing strategic and researched advice on complex issues, including Title IX and Title VI/VII. She crafted and implemented comprehensive compliance programs. In addition, she has provided thousands of employees and managers training on harassment prevention, professional boundaries, and non-discrimination.
