Matthew Cebrian

Matthew A. Cebrian is a trial attorney with over twenty-one (21) years of experience litigating high-value cases in State and Federal courts throughout California. He has represented clients in court and jury trials, Federal and State appeals, mediations, and arbitrations.

Before joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, Mr. Cebrian regularly represented individuals and small businesses in matters involving Title IX and education disputes and labor, employment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and trade secret matters. While running his firm, Mr. Cebrian successfully arbitrated a gender discrimination matter against one of the largest private colleges on the West Coast. He obtained a six-figure award for his client following a three-week arbitration. Before operating his firm, Mr. Cebrian was a Director with Murphy, Pearson, Bradley, and Feeney P.C., where he represented clients in employment, wrongful termination and discrimination, real estate, business litigation, and catastrophic injury matters in both State and Federal Court.

Mr. Cebrian is a California native, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Chico State University before attending law school at Santa Clara University, where he was a member of the Honors Moot Court Board.
