Don’t be spooked by all of these ghoulish new laws. Their spirits will be tamed through Young, Minney & Corr’s most-to-die-for webinar of the year. You can be dead certain of that.

The California Legislature passed dozens of bills through the close of the 2022-23 legislative session affecting many aspects of California charter school operations as of January 1, 2024, including employment, health and safety, curriculum, and student programs, among other topics, in addition to the changes in law made over the summer through the education budget trailer bill.  A handful of bills have already been signed into law, and the Governor’s signature is expected on many more through October.

What You’ll Learn: Attendees will gain practical insights into the impacts of this new legislation and helpful strategies to comply with new legislation once signed. Our content goes beyond what you may see from other sources, focusing on changes to the Education Code. We will cover new laws applicable to charter schools, including but not limited to labor laws.

Who Should Attend: CEOs, Superintendents, Executive Directors, Principals, Human Resources Administrators, Operations and Business Officers, and other Charter School Leaders/Managers
