We are experienced student affairs advisors specializing in discipline, harassment, investigations, and withdrawals. We handle First Amendment issues, including free speech and religious expression, as well as civil rights matters like discrimination, Title IX, and campus misconduct. Our routine tasks include creating, reviewing, and advising on handbooks, contracts, and behavior agreements.
