Casey Fee’s primary practice areas include litigation, facilities, corporate compliance, and student matters. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, she practiced employment law and litigation for over three years, which involved the defense of employment claims including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She has also defended public schools in prosecuting employee discipline and discharge matters, workers’ compensation claims, and requests for reasonable accommodation.
Casey is a California native and was raised in a family of educators and administrators. Her mother was an adaptive physical education teacher for over 30 years, her step-father was a Program Specialist for 17 years, and her father was the Principal of the first-ever charter school in her hometown of Livermore.
