Understanding the Importance of Administrator Performance Evaluations
Many charter schools struggle to evaluate the performance of the Chief Administrator in their organization. This workshop will identify why many schools fail to evaluate their Administrator and establish why evaluations are such a critical aspect of performance management. The elements of an effective evaluation system will be covered in detail, including guidelines on how to use the evaluation system to maximize the school’s goals.
