Join us for an informative session that will help charter schools unravel the tangled web of employee leaves and accommodations, including focusing on the new issues presented by COVID-19. Given the complexity of employee leave and disability laws and the significant liability resulting from non-compliance, attendees will receive practical tips on managing these issues, from leave interactions and medical certification requirements to reasonable accommodations and employee separations. Attendees will also be able to ask questions of the presenters at the end of the webinar.

What You’ll Learn: Attendees will receive critical tips to develop and manage a compliant employee leave/accommodation system and review hypothetical examples of charter school mistakes to better issue-spot and resolve leave/accommodation issues.
