His practice includes advising on employee relations, workplace investigations, discipline and termination, accommodation and leave laws, wage-and-hour compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Daniel regularly assists with the development and revision of policies, procedures, and employee handbooks and supports organizations in implementing compliant, effective workplace practices. He also has experience managing employment-related disputes, including administrative charges and employment litigation, and works with clients to assess risk and develop effective resolution strategies.
Early in his career, Daniel’s practice focused on management-side labor and employment matters, representing public school districts and nonprofit organizations. This experience, combined with his in-house counsel background, has given him a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks impacting employers and the practical challenges they face.
