Overview

Joe Young works on the YM&C Litigation Team to assist in complex legal research and writing. Joe has over four years of experience navigating, researching, and finding answers to “gray” areas of the legal landscape.

Joe is a seasoned law clerk at Young Minney & Corr, with four years of experience. A Lincoln Law School of Sacramento graduate, Joe has experience assisting attorneys in drafting Memos, Motions, Briefs, Writs, Discovery, Pleadings, and conducting legal research. In addition, he has experience helping YM&C secure and renew registered trademarks for clients. Joe is a certified law student under the California State Bar’s Practical Law School Training Program and has used this certification to gain invaluable experience.

While attending law school at night, Joe worked as a law clerk for YM&C’s Litigation Team during the day. He enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, Izzy, and their two cats in his spare time. Joe considers himself a “die-hard” 49ers fan, and his ultimate goal is to travel the world.
