OVERVIEW
Overview
Melanie Aghayane is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. There, she advises employers on a range of matters, including employment agreements, workplace policy, employee dismissals, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. She also assists employers in defending against wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and discrimination claims, among others.
Before joining YM&C, Melanie gained litigation experience in defense-side business and employment matters. She earned her law degree from LMU Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as a Technical Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review Journal.
