Overview
Sarah Cassady’s practice areas include board governance and all matters related to employment and labor law, including discipline and dismissal, investigation of employee misconduct, leave laws, wage and hour law, benefits and STRS/PERS administration, disability accommodation, grievance, arbitration, and representation of employers before related state agencies and courts.
Sarah was recently appointed by the California Supreme Court to serve on a panel of attorneys assigned to investigate the California Bar Exam. She also serves as the Chair of the American Bar Association YLD Labor and Employment Committee and as a Representative for the State of California in the American Bar Association House of Delegates. She has published numerous articles and conducted presentations on a variety of labor and employment issues.
