Under the new Title IX regulations, which become effective on August 1, 2024, all employees of educational institutions that receive federal financial assistance must undergo training on certain Title IX topics. The training must occur promptly upon the employee’s hiring or change of position that alters the employee’s duties under Title IX and annually thereafter.

This essential Title IX training session is tailored specifically for general elementary and secondary school employees who are not Title IX Coordinators or designees, investigators, decision-makers, facilitators of informal resolution, or those who are responsible for implementing Title IX grievance procedures or have the authority to modify or terminate supportive measures.

During this session, you will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of the scope of Title IX.
  • Learn to identify and properly address sex-based discrimination and harassment.
  • Understand your role and responsibilities in fostering a respectful and inclusive school culture free from unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex.

Our expert presenters will guide you through real-world scenarios, ensuring you leave with a solid foundation to support your school’s commitment to equity and safety.
