Overview

Anthony Serrao joined Young, Minney & Corr in 2018 with a specialization in labor and employment practice and broad experience defending public employers. Anthony frequently advises public school employers on issues related to wage and hour laws, leaves of absence, employee investigations, employment contracts, and STRS/PERS matters.

Anthony has appeared in numerous forums in defense of public employers, including the Department of Fair Employment & Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Public Employment Relations Board, State Personnel Board, and private arbitration pursuant to collective bargaining agreements. Anthony has also defended public employers before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal in employment-related litigation.
